Teach Yourself Speed Reading

Teach Yourself Speed Reading by Tina Konstant is a very well explained and coherent look at learning to read with some speed while maintaining both comprehension and recall. After all, what does it matter that you read something if you don’t understand it and can’t remember it? Konstant’s techniques are logical and practical, and they went a long way to disproving the preconceived notions I’d brought with me that speed reading was just a bunch of bunk. I found some useful tools to implement and have already seen a marked uptick in my reading speed. With continued practice, I expect to accelerate my rate even more. This book was easy to understand and easy to use.
