Liars Anonymous

Liars Anonymous by Louise Ure is a lightning-quick mystery that puts the pedal to the floor and never lets up. In the course of doing her job, Jessie Dancing thinks she hears someone being murdered and gets pulled into the investigation. The author has crafted a tough, conflicted, completely interesting protagonist in Jessie Dancing and metes out her history in perfect portions to both illuminate the narrative and drive the plot forward. I read this in one sitting and was exhilarated at its conclusion, yet disappointed that the thrill ride had to end. I can only hope that Louise Ure will revisit the world of Jessie Dancing because I feel like I was just getting to know her.
